Training meetings will now be held at Plantation Hall, Heybridge on Thursdays, each month, excluding August and December. The full set of dates can be found by clicking "Annual Programme" near the centre of this page.
All members and supporters are welcome. Anyone interested in our activities or who is considering First Responders as a volunteering opportunity is welcome to attend, with absolutely no pressure to join unless you wish to do so.
June Crozier receives a certificate on behalf of the Heybridge Group at a reception held at Broomfield Ambulance Training Centre for First Responder Groups. Certificates were presented to Groups that have been active for over five years.

It has been a quieter end to a busy year. The total of 160 activations for 2011 is an annual record for the group. With more Responders we could offer greater coverage and attend even more patients.

TRAINING
A Group meeting and training evening takes place each month except August and December. Newcomers are welcome to attend.

NEW VOLUNTEERS
If you are interested in finding out more about volunteering as a First Responder you are welcome to attend our meeting at 1 Goings Wharf, Heybridge. Dates are shown in the Training section.

Remember to take your previous certificate to be renewed and also your identity card if it is approaching the expiry date.
Members are required to be assessed at least once each year.
